Team Development
Choose from multiple offerings to develop team relationships, trust, collaboration, and connections. You’ll work with us to identify the needs of the team and desired outcomes, then we’ll create workshops using experiential activities, assessments (such as Strengths Finder or Hogan), and engagement to build to those desired outcomes.
Reflection
Reflection is a powerful practice used by top leaders to build confidence and help individuals learn from all experiences. During this session participants gain a deeper understanding of the purpose of reflection, and learn ways to develop the habit in their own lives.
Intentional Listening
When was the last time you felt really heard? Only 2% of Americans have had any formal education in listening—yet most workers spend more than half their workday listening. During this session, your team will get some key tips for becoming a more intentional listener while also having the opportunity to practice and feel heard.
Feedback: Receiving and Giving
What are the most effective ways to give and receive feedback? During this workshop, participants spend time considering their role in receiving feedback, making sure they are an active participant—and decreasing the stigma associated with the word feedback.
Growth Mindset
Development of ourselves can only happen when we are developmentally ready. During this workshop, we focus on understanding the differences between growth mindset and fixed mindset. Participants will consider how they view experiences, identify when they approach those experiences with a fixed mindset, and learn how to reframe their thinking to growth mindset thinking.
Navigating Change
Change is a constant. Learning how to manage ourselves and others through change is required to be successful. This workshop allows participants to understand change, how we process it as humans, and what skills and tools we can use to move successfully through the constant change in our roles and organizations.
Conflict Management
In the world of work, conflict is unavoidable—and even necessary at times to move business and teams forward. This workshop helps individuals reframe the concept of conflict, identify their personal style of conflict (along with other styles), and understand when and how to use each approach for the right circumstances.
Decision Making & Problem-Solving
As people move up in organizations and take on more responsibility, they’re expected to solve problems and make decisions. This workshop helps participants develop these skills through understanding different approaches, their individual preferences, how and when to incorporate others’ preferences, and how to utilize their own strengths to make decisions and solve problems.
Above the Line / Below the Line
The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership introduced a simple yet powerful tool for the world of work: Above the Line/Below the Line. During this workshop, participants learn about emotional intelligence. Specifically, they receive a tool to help them better identify how they are approaching situations and how to navigate to a more productive place to be a more effective contributor to the organization—and themselves.
Inclusion & Belonging
Organizations that provide an inclusive environment are more successful at retaining employees. This fact, coupled with the diverse ideas that inclusion and belonging bring to the organization, impact the bottom line in a positive way. During this workshop, participants are provided an overview of concepts, share group knowledge in facilitated discussion, and participate in activities to demonstrate various perspectives.
Allyship in Action
A Forbes article (“Why is Allyship Good for Business”) highlights many benefits of allyship, including its link to business outcomes such as innovation, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. During this workshop, participants learn about an overview of allyship concepts, as well as practical actions for recognizing and becoming an ally. Through activities, participants also have an opportunity to share their personal stories.
Owning Your Development Journey
Growing as a professional and aspiring to future roles is not always easy. During this workshop we will cover two tools that can help make that life-long development journey a little easier, creating a development plan and a personal board of directors. Participants will be given a template and group coaching on creating a development plan, will begin to create their own personal board of directors, and will identify intentional ways to engage with them.
