Executive Engagement

Leader in Transition
Transitioning to a new role requires new skills, whether someone is moving from a subject matter expert to a team lead, or a team lead to the executive team. This one-on-one Leader in Transition coaching gives the participant the leadership skills to help them succeed in their new role. As part of the coaching, the client will create a development plan and work with the coach toward the plan.
